About me
I’m Ben, a developer who likes turning curiosity into projects, skills, and the occasional obsession.
I’m drawn to software, business, Mandarin, travel, watches, tea, and just about anything that gives me something new to learn or build.
Hobbies & interests
A few of the things I keep returning to.
Building Software
Turning small ideas into useful products, with a bias toward simple tools, focused scope, and shipping real work.
Language Learning
Learning Mandarin as a long-term practice in consistency, listening, and connecting more deeply with Taiwan.
Travel
Exploring places slowly enough to notice their routines, food, sounds, and the details that make daily life distinct.
Watches & Watchmaking
An appreciation for mechanical objects, thoughtful proportions, and the craft required to make something enduring.
Reading
Reading across product, psychology, biography, and fiction to find better questions and new ways of seeing familiar problems.
